Leesburg is often hailed as one of the best places to live in the US! It's about 32 miles west-northwest of Washington, D.C., close to the Potomac River, and near the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Leesburg is both picturesque and bustling with activity! The population of Leesburg as of the 2020 United States Census was 50,304.

Leesburg is known for its historical significance and charming downtown area. The town is home to several historical sites, including the Leesburg Courthouse, which dates to 1758, and the Marshall House, which was built in 1797 and served as a hospital during the Civil War. The walkable downtown area features a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, as well as several parks and a farmers’ market.

The town is also home to several annual events, such as the Leesburg Flower and Garden Festival, The Classic Car Show, annual 4th of July Celebration, and the Leesburg Airshow. The area is known for its proximity to the W&OD trail, a 45-mile-long bike trail that runs through Northern Virginia and into Washington, D.C.
